MemEx is involved in the MED COLOURS project (MEDiterranean COllaborative LOgistics for the URban Space), funded by the Interreg Euro-MED Programme, with the aim of improving urban logistics practices processes across Mediterranean cities.

The project focuses on the development of resilient Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans (SULPs), supporting the implementation of smart pilot actions in several European cities, including innovative, integrated and low-emission solutions for urban freight distribution, particularly in last-mile logistics.

The MemEx team is engaged in the development and monitoring of various solutions aimed at reducing the environmental impacts of urban logistics. Additionally, we prepared tailored guidance to help these cities advance their sustainable urban logistics planning. We are currently developing a portfolio of Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans (SULPs), a topic for which MemEx was a pioneer with the ENCLOSE project, author of the first SULP guidelines.
