On 19th September, Andrea Lorenzini took part as a speaker at the “City Flows” event in Perugia, an international meeting focused on inequalities experienced by people living in inner and peripheral areas and on the invisible barriers faced by migrants.

In his presentation “Building the future of rural mobility: towards the European Rural Mobility Network”, Andrea introduced the newly established European Rural Mobility Network (ERMN), created as a legacy of the SMARTA-NET project, coordinated by MemEx.

The initiative was held under the patronage of the Umbria Region, the Municipality of Perugia, and the University of Perugia, and was promoted by Fondazione Unipolis, the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC), and Consigli Regionali Unipol (CRU).
